All of our team members are background and drug tested and follow all Covid safety precautions and guidelines.

Meet The Team
Mike Mendoza
Founder & CEO
InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector
Mike is a Denver native with 15 years inspection experience and has been performing remodeling/handyman work and home maintenance since 2004 and founded Live Safe Home Inspections, LLC beginning of 2017 with the vision of providing a better home inspection experience through communication, costumer care, warranties, same day reports and much more!
In his personal time, Mike enjoys helping others, spending quality time with his family and educating himself on ways to provide elite level service though the Live Safe brand.
Julian Gonzalez
InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector
Julian is a Denver native with a knack for home inspecting and has been performing inspections for just over three years. Julian has a background in pest control and prevention as well as being an attic insulation installer. Julian joined the Live Safe family in August of 2020 and is quickly becoming acclimated as a top inspector as well as a preferred choice among clients.
In his personal time, Julian enjoys playing sports, attending sporting events with friends and family, going to car shows, and reading a good book
Gene Scholl

Gene Is a Denver Native who is now based out of Castle Rock. Gene has been performing inspections over 5 years and has a wealth of experience in commercial facility maintenance as well as single family and multi family residential maintenance. Gene joined the Live Safe family in 2020 and has been an invaluable member of our team, all while receiving rave reviews.
In his personal time, Gene enjoys the great outdoors, shooting with friends and family, hunting with his father and uncle and riding his motorcycle.
Carlos Mendoza

Carlos is a Denver native who has a background and passion for all things media. This includes photography, videography, graphic design and web design. Carlos believes film and photography is much more than telling great stories and taking beautiful images - it’s about capturing the emotion and essence of a single moment, and sharing that with the world.
In his personal time, Carlos enjoys seeing friends and family, going to the movies, taking photographs, attending sporting events and going to concerts.

Jessika is a Denver native who graduated from UNC. She is a lifelong learner who loves to engage with others and loves to brag about all the amazing benefits of Live Safe Home Inspections and what makes us more than just another home inspection company. Jessika has been our marketing director for a year, and she is always happy to host a lunch and learn at real state offices. Jessika’s favorite part about her job is all the events she gets to be a part of and sponsor in the community. She truly believes that
